Inter/Intradistrict Applications for 2016-2017:  Applications for intra/interdistrict attendance agreements are available at each school site and at the District Office.  Those with current intradistrict attendance agreements DO NOT have to resubmit their applications to remain at their current school.  All new applications must be delivered to the RCSD office at 1050 Main Street, Roseville CA  95678.  Applications will ONLY be accepted at the District Office since submitting your application to a school site could jeopardize the timely processing of your application.  If there are more applications than spaces available at your requested school and grade level, the district will conduct a lottery of those applications submitted during the open enrollment period.  The lottery will determine which applications are approved and establish a ranked order as future openings become available.  Open enrollment applications will be accepted from January 4, 2016 through January 29, 2016 to be considered for the “random and unbiased” selection processApplications received after these dates will be given a number as they are received at the District Office and will be addressed in the order they are received as current enrollment allows.

ATS Testing:  Are you interested in getting a taste of the college experience? Academic Talent Search (ATS) offers 4th-8th graders (grade level as of Jan. 1, 2016) exciting summer courses at Sacramento State that you pick for yourself! Choose from classes like creative computing, messy science, law, neuroscience, and many others. At ATS, you can spend your summer doing what you love, taking classes on a University Campus, and making new friends who share your interests and passion for learning!  To join these interactive and hands-on classes, you just need to take the ATS qualifying exam. The test only takes an hour and there is no pass or fail, so there’s no need to stress! You MUST take the test to apply for classes, but you don’t have to apply if you change your mind. The qualifying Exam will be offered at the Roseville City School District Office on either Monday, February 22, 2016 or Monday, February 29, 2016 both testing sessions start at 3:00 pm.  For more information, please check with your school office for sign up information or contact Katie Haupt at  Additional program details, including a brief video, financial aid information (over $35,500 in financial support was granted in 2015), and sample test questions, can be found on the ATS website at
