Welcome Roseville City Elementary School District Employees

As we continue to grow as a District we struggle to communicate the wonderful events, practices and people that make our place of employment special. We believe the “Roseville Employees” web page will be a vehicle to communicate.

The site is designed for Roseville City Elementary School District employees and will remind all of us about the numerous tools we use that add value to our learning community.

The following paragraphs will go over the main points of these online tools.

EZ Mandata for Site & District Offices
ezMandate, the online, “paperless” way to log your mandated costs, was designed exclusively for SI&A clients. We built an easy, accurate and compliant system with an innovative design where users can electronically track and submit their time.

School Messenger
This school year the district has signed on with SchoolMessenger, a California-based company that provides notification services for emergency broadcasts, parental outreach and student attendance communications for K-12 Education.

The system is programmed to call the primary phone number of parents for a variety of reasons that impact the safety and academic performance of our students. SchoolMessenger will be used to complement our emergency preparedness procedures and to inform parents of upcoming school events such as statewide testing and parent meetings.

mCLass -Dynamic Indicators of Basic Early Literacy Skills (DIBELS)
mCLASS assessment product—a new generation of mobile, easy-to-use software that supports assessment and helps manage data to inform instruction.

Substitute Employee Management System (SEMS)
Our organization uses the Substitute Employee Management System (SEMS) to automate substitute calling and employee absence reporting. Employees dial or access via a web browser, the system to report an absence. Once the information has been received, a substitute is called and the system fills the job or moves to the next most appropriate candidate until the position is filled. Substitute employee management systems also track the details of every absence and enables reporting at every level, from the individual to the district.

The SEMS system allows employees several capabilities including: create absences, specify substitutes, rre-assign substitutes, view and print current absences and cancel present day or future absences

Web Gradebook for Educators
Gradebook2 is a multi-platform, multi-networked client/server, Web-enabled application designed to meet the needs of large groups of teachers while remaining intuitive and easy to use. Currently all teachers at Buljan, Cooley and Eich Intermediate are using this tool to report student's progress in a CA. Standards based format. Using Gradebook2 is easy, even for beginners. The Grade Creation wizards steps users through the description and weighting process, while predefined templates and the option to customize terminology, like terms or semesters, all make getting up and running a breeze. Most operations are completed with one click of the mouse. Gradebook2 distinguishes itself from other gradebooks on the market by offering a high degree of customization and flexibility.

Web Help Desk
The Web Help Desk offers an industry leading feature set that allows you to route, track and resolve your technical support issues with ease. As a 100% web based solution, the Web Help Desk provides a low cost of ownership, ultimate portability and simple implementation

Web Mail
Our employees get anywhere access to their e-mail, calendars, and contacts from a variety of web clients and devices. Below are a few key benefits all Roseville City School employees get by using our service:
