This measure, if approved by fifty-five percent of the voters voting thereon, would authorize the sale of general obligation bonds of the Roseville City Elementary School District, ("DISTRICT") for $29,117,071.00 (Twenty-nine million, one hundred seventeen thousand, seventy-one dollars). |

The District Board of Education ("Board") has determined, and has declared in Resolution No. 2001-02.60, that certain properties and equipment within the District need to be acquired, constructed, improved, and equipped to enable the District to enhance the educational opportunities of the K-8 students in the District. |
