Welcome to Stoneridge Elementary School, “Home of the Timberwolves”.  Stoneridge opened in the Fall of 2001 with a population of approximately 60 students and 9 full time staff members.  Over the past 5 years our student population has grown to 500 students with over 50 staff members. 

Our goal at Stoneridge is to provide each student with meaningful experiences in a safe environment that enhances a lifelong love of learning.  We are committed to working in partnership with our families and the community to promote a positive self- concept, to encourage responsibility, creativity, individuality, and good citizenship.  We regard high expectations of all students as the standard both academically and behaviorally.

As a staff, we believe that, we together with the families and students are an integral component to maintaining an OUTSTANDING Elementary School.  We are devoted to our students and will do everything we can to create an environment that embraces new ideas and expands to unknown areas.   Stoneridge is known for hiring outstanding teachers who will nurture our students while differentiating instruction and holding them accountable to high expectation and standards.  We strive to ensure that students and parents feel like Stoneridge is a “Home Away from Home”, a place where they can come and have fun, yet know that through that fun they are learning something.  It is our belief,  that each and every experience in your life is a learning experience, even when you least expect it.
