About The Teacher

I have been teaching for 27 years at Crestmont School.  The first nine years were in 4th grade. Now, it is all about 3rd grade. I grew up with four brothers (that could be why I LOVE sports!!!).  I have ten nieces and nephews.  And two Godchildren who thinks I am their fairy Godmother. My favorite teams are the Raiders, Kings, Stanford,Oregon Ducks, and the San Francisco Giants. My favorite food is Chinese.  I am lactose intolerant, so my coffee is black with two Splenda (Sorry NO! mocha or lattes.) I LOVE Zen and Passion tea which I drink  all year round. I really enjoy walking and going to the movies with family and friends.  The summer of 2008 I was able to take a dream vacation to Greece and London.  I took a cruise to the beautiful Islands of Mykonos, Rhodes, Santorini, Kusadasi, and Patmos.   After traveling through Greece, I left for London.  There I spent time at Buckingham Palace, the British Museum and the original Hard Rock.

Mission for the Class

My mission for the class is to learn new skills.  Also, to have my students develop more independence and responsibility.  My goal is to laugh and learn daily.
