Hello . . . Welcome to Mr. Chalfant’s Website.  I am glad that you are here.  

Here’s a bit of information about me.  I began my teaching career more than 30 years ago in Los Angeles, and moved to Roseville a few years later with my young family. My wife Nancy is also a teacher, and we have 3 adult daughters. I enjoy reading, traveling, hiking/backpacking and was once even a beekeeper. (Bees are fascinating!) I love learning!

I have been an elementary school counselor for over twenty years and I love working with students and their families!  My services include, but are not limited to, individual and group counseling, as well as referring families to services in the community.
