Presentations:

  • PBIS Recognitions – Recognitions will acknowledge and celebrate all RCSD schools implementing and sustaining Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) for their students. Each year, the California PBIS Coalition seeks to identify schools in its annual state recognition system. RCSD is proud to join the California PBIS Coalition in honoring all twenty-one RCSD schools, all earning recognition in 2024-2025.
  • School Site Report, Spanger Elementary School – Spanger Elementary School staff will showcase Spanger’s data, the programs that are offered to students, and student/family engagement opportunities.
  • Special Education Services Overview – The Educational Support Services Department oversees a continuum of programs and services for students eligible for special education. This presentation will provide a broad overview of the special education program enrollment and areas of focus for the Educational Support Services department’s 2025-26 school year.

Action Matters:

  • Approval of Roseville Teachers’ Association Contract Modifications. The Board’s Representative and Roseville Teachers’ Association Negotiations Committee reached a tentative agreement on the following articles and ask for the Board’s approval/adoption of these modifications to the contract:
    • Article XXV – Salary and Salary Advancement – including a 2.3% increase to salaries retroactive to July 2025
    • Article XXVII – Payroll Deduction Procedure
  • Adoption of the 2026-2027 School Year Calendar. This calendar (found here) includes a new February break, in alignment with the high school district calendar.
  • Approval of an agreement with Capitol Program Management for Professional Services for the future Placer One School Site. This is the first step for our next school in the Placer One development.
  • Approval of the June 2025 new/updated/rescinded Board Bylaws, Board Policies, Administrative Regulations and Exhibits. The Board of Education will consider the approval of 46 revised/updated policies/administrative regulations and exhibits.

  • Quarterly Report on Williams Uniform Complaints. There are no complaints to report for this quarter.
