Notice of Non-Discrimination 

The Governing Board prohibits discrimination against and/or harassment of​ district students, ​district employees and job applicants at any district site or activity​ on the basis of ​actual or perceived race, color, ancestry, national origin, nationality, ethnicity, ethnic group identification, age, religion, marital or parental status, pregnancy, physical or mental disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, gender expression, or any other legally protected status or association with a person or group with one or more of these actual or perceived characteristics.

​The district’s Uniform Complaint Procedures (UCP) shall be used to investigate and resolve any complaint alleging the occurrence of unlawful discrimination (BP 1312.3, BP 4030, AR 5145.3​).
