Business Services

Business Services meets the educational needs of our students and community by providing District-wide support to our schools and employees. Business Services has primary responsibility for facility planning & maintenance, financial accounting & budgeting, food services, payroll & employee benefits, purchasing, student attendance accounting, and student transportation.

Communication & Community Engagement

Communication & Community Engagement communicates the mission, vision and values of RCSD and engages the community in celebration and support of students, staff and the community. Communication & Community Engagement works with the Superintendent, RCSD staff, the Board of Education, students, families and our community partners to actively engage students, families, staff, and members of the community.

Personnel Services 

Personnel Services provides the best educational environment for our students by attracting the most qualified candidates for all positions in the district, making them feel welcome, and providing them with the support possible to help them succeed.
