Note: Before you begin a new registration, please ensure that you have the following documents in an electronic format (such as a PDF) that can be easily uploaded to the registration system. 

• Original Proof of Birth Certificate
• Photo ID of Parent/Guardian – government-issued driver’s license or photo ID only
• Proof of State Required Immunizations

Verification of Residency

Current Roseville Utility, PG&E, or Conservice bill (service address will be verified). New Home Sales Agreements and Rental Agreements are accepted with a move-in date (within 90 days of the start of school) and must be followed up with a current utility bill within 30 days. No other documents will be accepted. 

• OR Supplemental Residency Verification Form 
• Temporarily Doubled Up – Sharing housing due to economic hardship, loss of housing, or unsafe housing 

Additional documents requested for Transitional Kindergarten through 8th grade

Please provide any additional documentation that may apply to your student’s registration, including: 

• Copy of Individualized Education Plan (IEP)
• Copy of 504 Accommodation Plan
