Presentations:

• School Site Report, Diamond Creek Elementary School – Diamond Creek Elementary School staff will showcase Diamond Creek’s data, the programs that are offered to students, and student/family engagement opportunities. 
• Results of the 2024-2025 California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (CAASPP) – The Educational Services Department will present the 2024-25 California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (CAASPP) data results. The CAASPP data shared with the Board of Education will inform our district’s instructional practices and drive our professional development decisions to better meet our students’ academic needs.
• Middle School Assessment, Feedback, and Grading Committee - In alignment with the district’s commitment to continuous improvement and supporting student learning, Educational Services will work alongside middle school staff and administrators on an Assessment, Feedback, and Grading team. This team will review the current middle school grading policy and practices. The work is being guided by district priorities, evidence-based best practices, and the goal of ensuring that grading and feedback practices are clear, consistent, and supportive of student growth.

Consent Agenda:

• Considering the proposal for Furniture, Fixture, & Equipment Services at Winding Creek Elementary. HMC Architects, who is our design-build partner related to the building of the Winding Creek Elementary School, has submitted a proposal to provide Furniture, Fixture, and Equipment (FF&E) services.

Public Hearings:

• A public hearing will be held on the “Notice of Sufficiency of Instructional Materials for the 2025-2026 School Year”

Action Matters:

• Accepting the 2024-25 Unaudited Actual Financial Report.
• Approving proposals for the addition of several shade structures at elementary schools throughout the district. 

Informational Items:

• Information on and recommendation for piloting new elementary mathematics instructional materials aligned with the updated state framework. Educational Services will present the timeline for the pilot program, including how feedback will be collected and analyzed from teachers, students, and families throughout the process.
