Presentations:

• Foundation Update: The RCSD Foundation will provide an update on activities including a presentation on PIE Grant recipients. 
• School Site Report, Riego Creek Elementary School: Riego Creek Elementary School staff will showcase Riego Creek’s data, the programs that are offered to students, and student/family engagement opportunities.
• Regional Deaf Education Program Transition Plan: The Placer County Regional Deaf Education Program will be relocating to Stoneridge Elementary and Eich Middle Schools at the start of the 2026-27 school year. The presentation will provide an overview of the transition plan and activities to facilitate this transition for students, families, and staff.

Consent Agenda:

• Approve the Contract with HY Architects for Criteria Document Services for the Future Placer One School: The District proposes to enter into a contract with HY Architects for programming and criteria document services, as outlined in the attached fee proposal, for the future Placer One School site. These services are essential for planning the new school and developing the new TK-8 grade level configuration. The work will establish the basis of design for the project. Staff requests approval of this contract.

Action Matters:

• Approval of California School Employees Association, Chapter #475, Contract Modifications: The Board’s Representative and California School Employees Association Negotiations Committee reached a tentative agreement on the following articles and ask for the Board’s approval/adoption of these modifications to the contract: Article V: Hours, Article X: Leaves, Article XVI: Salary, Article XXII: Layoff and Reemployment, Article XXIII: Duration, Article XXIV: Discipline of Permanent Employees, Article XXVI: Professional Growth, Appendix A.
