  • Annual Facilities Projects Update: District staff will provide an update on facilities within the District.

Action Matters:

  • Award of Bid and Approval of Contract – Clark/Sullivan Construction & Arch Nexus for the Design and Construction of the PR-92 (Placer One) School: The District received proposals for the design and construction of the PR-92 school from ten companies. The proposals were received and opened on September 10, 2026, at 3:30 p.m. at 1050 Main Street, Roseville, CA. Staff reviewed the proposals and selected four of the ten companies for interviews. On September 25, 2026, District staff interviewed four design-build teams and decided unanimously to award the bid to Clark/Sullivan Construction & Arch Nexus. The approval of the PR-92 Design-Build Contract is for both Phase I preconstruction services and Phase II construction of PR-92; however, only Phase I fees are known and set at this time in the amount of $5,647,438.00. The Phase II construction fees will be determined in Fall of 2028.

  • Approval of Intra-District Special Transfer Process 2027-2028: The proposed Intra-District Special Transfer Process provides a “Special Transfer” pathway to place Amoruso Ranch elementary students in a campus west of Fiddyment Road. Families requesting the transfers within the Registration Priority Window will be moved to Orchard Ranch as the primary school, unless their student(s) require additional services. Requests outside the Priority Window will be considered for a school west of Fiddyment Road that has capacity at the time of the request.

  • Adoption of the 2027-2028 School Year Calendar: Administration will request the adoption of the 2027-2028 school year calendar.

  • Approval of Roseville Teachers’ Association Contract Modifications: The Board’s Representative and Roseville Teachers’ Association Negotiations Committee reached a tentative agreement on four articles and ask for the Board’s approval/adoption of these modifications to the contract. For salary, effective July 1, 2026, there will be a 4% increase to the current salary schedule.

Informational Items:

  • Board of Education to consider a revised Board Meeting date for December 2026: School district governing boards must hold an annual organizational meeting within 15 days starting on the second Friday in December following a regular election. Because the regularly scheduled meeting on December 10, 2026, falls outside this statutory window, we must change the date. Staff recommends Monday, December 14, 2026, or Thursday, December 17, 2026.
