Our school sites are closed. Our school offices officially open July 28th, with phone lines available on July 24th.

I submitted my student’s registration over the summer break, am I guaranteed a spot? How will I know?

Students who register during summer break are not guaranteed placement at their home school while sites are closed for processing. The District will notify families as early as possible if placement at a nearby school is needed due to impacted grade levels.

I need to update my student’s information (ie. address)  and/or submit my proof of residency- who do I send that to?

Please email any enrollment updates or outstanding proof of residency documents directly to Transfers@rcsdk8.org 

Can I complete the Supplemental Residency Verification form at the District Office?

No. You must complete this process at the school site with the office administrative secretary.

I submitted my student’s registration and I’d like to submit a new transfer request.

When are class schedules sent out? 

Class schedules will be sent via Parent Square during the week of August 6th, 2026 (First day of school).

Call district office if still having issues so we can submit an IT ticket on your behalf.

Resetting passwords for new or returning student registration portals can also be done in-person at the district office after identity is verified (Please bring photo ID)

RCSD Uses Parent Square to communicate with families. If you opted to receive Parent Square notifications during registration, you will begin to receive messages over the summer about important events or information for the upcoming school year.

If you registered over the summer, you will not receive any Parent Square notifications until our school sites return to office at the end of July.
