Is My Child Eligible for Transportation?

The district may provide transportation services to those students living beyond a reasonable walking/parent transport distance from the school. Reasonable walking/parent transport distance is considered:

• 2 miles – Elementary School Students
• 2.8 miles – Middle School Students

Transitional Kindergarten (TK) transportation may not be available at all school sites. If available, TK transportation will be provided one way only, as determined by the District.

Students in TK are only eligible for one-way (AM) transportation, while Kindergarten through 8th grade students are eligible to receive two-way transportation.

Please Note: Students on an Intra/Inter-District Transfer are NOT eligible for transportation services.
