Calm App
We are proud to offer employees with RCSD benefits a free subscription to Calm, the world’s #1 app for mental health. This app offers:
- Meditations
- Sleep resources
- Music
- Mindful movement resources
- Wellness tools for the workplace

Get Started (Non-Kaiser)
To activate your subscription, visit: www.calm.com/b2b/sigwellness/subscribe
This must be done on a web or mobile browser (not in the app itself).
Once on the page:
- Sign in to your existing Calm account or create an account
- Enter your work email in the box provided to activate the subscription on your Calm account
- Download the Calm app and log in to your account to access the premium content
- Once you’ve signed up, you can add up to 5 dependents (age 16 years or older) via the “Manage Subscription” page inside your Calm account at www.calm.com

All RCSD employees have free access to FitOn, a digital platform that offers:

- Verify your eligibility by entering your full legal name, birthday, and zip code.
Get Active
After signing in, click the Digital tab to access unlimited on-demand workouts, meditations, wellness and nutrition content.
Find exactly what you’re in the mood for by browsing all the available options:
- Genre: cardio, strength, yoga, etc.
- Length: 5, 10, 15, 20, 30 or 45 min
- Intensity: low, medium or high
- Trainer: choose from 50+ experts
- Challenges, experiences, and more!

In-Shape Family Fitness (formerly California Family Fitness)
About RCSD Payroll Deduct Membership:
- Permanent RCSD employees are eligible for reduced membership rates for In-Shape Family Fitness (formerly California Family Fitness) when they enroll in the payroll-deduct program. Monthly dues are deducted from your paycheck. Go to www.inshape.com for more information.
