The Grokker Wellness Program encourages employees to make healthy choices in the areas of physical activity, nutrition, and mindfulness.
Join Grokker Wellness with your school site or department to start healthy habits in a fun way! Includes monthly prize drawings, special events, and an exciting way to keep track of your health and nutrition. Simply follow the link to Grokker on the right and sign up for free. Your membership includes daily videos of mind and body exercises, healthy recipes, and makes it easy to keep track of your daily activities. You are able to self report activities, or connect your smart watch to do the tracking for you. Let’s see who reigns supreme as the most active staff this school year!

- Permanent RCSD employees are eligible for reduced membership rates for In-Shape Family Fitness (formerly California Family Fitness) when they enroll in the payroll-deduct program. Monthly dues are deducted from your paycheck. Go to www.inshape.com for more information.
