Peachjar is a communication tool that sends flyers home to families via email and through each school’s digital flyerboard. RCSD partners with Peachjar to offer a consistent, efficient, and fully accessible way to connect families with the invaluable resources, programs, and services available in our community. 

Fun fact – By enabling our district to go paperless, Peachjar helps us save thousands of trees each year!

Accessibility

Families can access Peachjar anywhere – on their phone, tablet, or computer, and in their preferred language.

Additionally, Peachjar uses an AI-assisted tool called AiDA to turn non-compliant documents into a compliant document optimized for screen readers, screen magnifiers, braille text translators, and more. 

Families

Peachjar organizes all important school and community information in one place. In addition to receiving emails from your school, look for the “Peachjar” link under “Parent Resources” on the RCSD homepage and your school’s homepage to view all active flyers.

Community Organizations

RCSD welcomes community organizations to submit flyers with district-approved community programs and resources. (Please note that Peachjar charges a fee for this service.) 

To submit your flyer for district approval, follow these steps: 

  1. Review our Flyer Approval Guidelines 
  2. Register your account as a Community Organization on Peachjar.com
  3. Review Peachjar’s Guide for Community Organizations for information about discount pricing, flyer creation tips, and more
  4. Go to “Post & Notify” in your account to submit a flyer

After you hit submit, your flyer will be automatically submitted to the district for approval. Once approved, your flyer will be emailed to parents and posted on each school’s web flyerboard for your selected duration of time.
