Reports and Presentations:
- Results of the 2025-2026 California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (CAASPP): The Educational Services Department will present the 2025-26 California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (CAASPP) data results. The CAASPP data shared with the Board of Education will inform our district’s instructional practices and drive our professional development decisions to better meet our students’ academic needs. We will also use this information to evaluate programs and systems funded by our Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) to ensure that we provide increased and improved services for students who need additional resources.
Public Hearing:
- Notice of Sufficiency of Instructional Materials for the
2026-2027 School Year: Education Code Section 60119(c)
requires that school districts receiving instructional materials
funds from any state source must hold a public hearing and adopt
a resolution determining whether all students, including English
Learners, have sufficient textbooks and instructional materials
for the 2026-2027 school year in the following content areas:
- Mathematics
- Science
- History–Social Science
- English Language Arts, including English Language Development (as applicable)
Action Matters:
- Board of Education to adopt Resolution 2026-27.02 Sufficiency of Textbooks and Instructional Materials for the 2026-2027 School Year: Following the Public Hearing, the Board will adopt a Resolution stating RCSD provides all TK-8 students with sufficient, standards-aligned textbooks and instructional materials. All students who are enrolled in the same course have textbooks and instructional materials from the same adoption cycle.

- Amoruso Ranch Transfers Report: Staff will provide a report on a proposed “Special Transfer” pathway to place Amoruso Ranch elementary students in a campus west of Fiddyment Road.
