Welcome! My name is Miss Darretta and this is my second year teaching Kindergarten at Orchard Ranch. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies and my California Teaching Credential from William Jessup University. During my spare time, I enjoy reading, traveling, Giants baseball games and long walks down the aisles of Target.

Welcome! My name is Miss Hanby and I teach third grade at Orchard Ranch. I am looking forward to this school year and the many possibilities we have to work hard and be kind.
Megan Spears
Assistant Principal
My name is Megan Spears and I am so excited to be returning to Orchard Ranch as a 4th grade teacher. I have a bachelor’s degree in Child Development from Sacramento State University, a Cleared Multiple Subject Credential, a Master’s in Education from UC Davis, and a Preliminary Administrative Services Credential from Placer County Office of Education. Because each child comes to me with unique experiences, interests, and learning styles, I believe his/her education needs to be customized. I make every effort to do that.
