Alisa Fong
President

A parent of two boys and longtime school volunteer, Alisa was first elected to the board in 2016, and again in 2018.  She is the Past PTC President of Diamond Creek Elementary and Cooley Middle School.  Alisa also volunteers on the board of the Roseville City School District Foundation and serves as an elected Delegate of the California School Boards Association, where she holds a Masters in Governance. Professionally, Alisa is an attorney and property manager. In her free time she enjoys traveling, running, and spending time outdoors with her family.

Rob Baquera
Clerk

A father of three daughters, Rob was elected to the Board in 2018. He is a committed community volunteer and has served on the boards of the Rotary Club of Roseville and Safe Kids Placer County, among others. Professionally, Rob manages the Public Affairs Unit for the Roseville Police Department and has a background in crime prevention, site security, and crisis communication. In his free time, Rob enjoys outdoor activities, family travel, and game nights.

Julie Constant
Board Member

Julie won re-election to the RCSD Board of Education in 2020. She was first elected to the board in 2016 and was previously elected twice to serve on the Campbell Union High School District Board. As the mother of five children, Julie has volunteered with her children’s school PTA, site council, parent booster club, athletic booster clubs, in the classroom, and in the community through scouting and youth sports. Julie holds a Masters in Governance from the California School Boards Association.

Meghan Krafka
Board Member

A mother of two and a longtime RCSD parent, Meghan was elected to the Board in 2020. She also serves on the City of Roseville Local Sales Tax Citizens’ Oversight Committee. As a Board member, Meghan plans to focus on fiscal responsibility, using teamwork to ensure children’s education is the focus of our decisions and ensure that teachers have the necessary resources to be successful. She works as a CFO in the private sector and is a licensed CPA.

Jonathan Zachreson
Board Member

(Term expires 2026)

Jonathan Zachreson was elected to the Roseville City School District Board of Trustees in November 2022. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from CSU Sacramento and currently works as a finance manager in the healthcare industry. Jonathan’s passion for improving public education also led him to form a non-profit that advocates for student-first policies across the region and statewide. He lives in Roseville with his wife and three children.
