Rob Baquera

​Rob, a father of three young girls, was elected to the Roseville City School District Board of Education in 2018. He is a long-time community volunteer and has served on the boards of the Roseville City School District Foundation, Tommy Apostolos Fund, Rotary Club of Roseville, and Safe Kids Placer County. Rob currently manages public affairs for the City of Roseville Police Department. He is a graduate of C.S.U. Sacramento and has an extensive background in crime prevention, site security, emergency management, and crisis communication. In his free time, he loves traveling with his family, outdoor activities, and game nights.

Valerie Gross

Valerie was appointed to serve the Roseville City School District Board of Education in 2018. She and her family moved from the Midwest over four years ago and Valerie quickly became involved in the community. A parent of two children in the school district, she served three years as the Parent Teacher Club (PTC) president at Stoneridge Elementary. Valerie was appointed by the Roseville City Council as a member-at-large on the Community Priorities Advisory Committee (CPAC) in 2017-2018. With a degree in Urban Planning and Business from Arizona State University, Valerie works as a Realtor® in the greater Sacramento area.

Alisa Fong

As a parent and long-time school volunteer, Alisa was elected in 2016 to serve a two-year term for the Roseville City School District. In addition to serving on the Board, Alisa volunteers on the Board of the Roseville City School District Foundation, and the Board of the Parent Teacher Club (PTC) at her son’s middle school.  She is the Past PTC President of her sons’ middle and elementary schools where she held many leadership roles. Born and raised in Sacramento, Roseville became home to Alisa and her husband in 2001. She is the proud mother of two boys. She graduated from U.C. Irvine, was a Public Affairs Fellow at the CORO Foundation and earned a Juris Doctor & Government Affairs Certificate from McGeorge School of Law. She served as Deputy General Counsel for the League of Cities. Outside of volunteering, Alisa enjoys running, traveling and other outdoor activities with her family.​

Julie Constant
President

Julie was elected to the Roseville City School District Board of Education in 2016. As a parent of five, she has volunteered extensively with her children’s school PTA, site council, parent booster club and in the classroom. Prior to serving on the RCSD Board, Julie was elected to serve on the Campbell Union School District and earned a Masters in Governance from the California School Board Association.

Gary Miller

Gary was elected to serve the Roseville City School District Board of Education in 2008. Prior to serving in Roseville, Gary served the Robla School Board in North Sacramento for almost 20 years. An avid reader of non-fiction and truly a life-long learner, Gary’s motto is “Education is a lifetime experience.” Gary is retired and is married to a retired teacher.
