Alisa Fong
President

As a parent and long-time school volunteer, Alisa was elected in 2016 to serve a two-year term for the Roseville City School District. In addition to serving on the Board, Alisa volunteers on the Board of the Roseville City School District Foundation, and the Board of the Parent Teacher Club (PTC) at her son’s middle school.  She is the Past PTC President of her sons’ middle and elementary schools where she held many leadership roles. Born and raised in Sacramento, Roseville became home to Alisa and her husband in 2001. She is the proud mother of two boys. She graduated from U.C. Irvine, was a Public Affairs Fellow at the CORO Foundation and earned a Juris Doctor & Government Affairs Certificate from McGeorge School of Law. She served as Deputy General Counsel for the League of Cities. Outside of volunteering, Alisa enjoys running, traveling and other outdoor activities with her family.​

Julie Constant

Julie was elected to the Roseville City School District Board of Education in 2016. As a parent of five, she has volunteered extensively with her children’s school PTA, site council, parent booster club and in the classroom. Prior to serving on the RCSD Board, Julie was elected to serve on the Campbell Union School District and earned a Masters in Governance from the California School Board Association.

Gary Miller

Gary was elected to serve the Roseville City School District Board of Education in 2008. Prior to serving in Roseville, Gary served the Robla School Board in North Sacramento for almost 20 years. An avid reader of non-fiction and truly a life-long learner, Gary’s motto is “Education is a lifetime experience.” Gary is retired and is married to a retired teacher.

Hallie Romero

As a parent, small business owner and long-standing community volunteer, Hallie was elected to serve the Roseville City School District Board of Education in 2010. Roseville became home to Hallie, her husband and two teenagers in 2001. Soon after, she became involved in her children’s school and the Blue Oaks Parent Teacher Club. Hallie has invested her time in organizations such as the Roseville Chamber and the Tommy Apostolos Fund, whose mission is to provide new clothing and necessities to students in Roseville. She also volunteers as a Board member on the Roseville City School District Foundation. Hallie was raised in the Central Valley and pursued her degree in Agribusiness Marketing at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.

Susan E. Duane

Susan was appointed to serve the Roseville City School District Board of Education in 2013. A graduate of U.C. Davis, Susan owns and operates a health insurance brokerage firm. In addition to the role of school Board member and business owner, Susan is mother to three school-aged children, all of whom attend schools in the district. In her free time, she enjoys running, working out and spending time with her husband, Jake.
